2. Entering into an agreement
Once you have placed an order on copenhagenbrew.dk, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This e-mail is only an electronic receipt that Copenhagen Brew has received your order, and no legally binding agreement has been entered into between you and Copenhagen Brew at this time. A legally binding agreement between you and Copenhagen Brew is only entered into when you receive an order confirmation per. e-mail. Until you receive an order confirmation, Copenhagen Brew is entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. due to price and text errors or sold out items, and if this happens, you will of course be notified per. e-mail.

Prices
Prices are stated in Danish kroner, incl. VAT. All prices are current prices and are updated regularly. The prices stated for the individual products on copenhagenbrew.dk are exclusive of delivery costs. Reservations are made for printing errors and technical errors.

Payment
Payment can be made with the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA / Dankort, VISA and MasterCard. You can also pay with Apple Pay, MobilePay and PayPal. The amount will only be deducted from your account once your order has been packed and shipped. If there is no cover on your card, Copenhagen Brew reserves the right to cancel your order. If this happens, you will of course be notified by e-mail. Copenhagenbrew.dk complies with Net's guidelines for internet shopping. If you have ordered several items and one or more of the items are sold out, Copenhagen Brew only deducts the amount for the items sent.

Delivery
Copenhagenbrew. dk delivers throughout Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. It is not delivered abroad. Delivery time depends on your choice of delivery. Usually 1-2 working days after you have received your order confirmation, see point 2, unless otherwise stated for the individual item. Copenhagen Brew reserves the right to delivery in the event of force majeure and delivery to non-bridged islands. Copenhagen Brew delivers the goods with resp. GLS and PostNord. See list of delivery options, as well as prices. Delivery costs depend on the chosen form of delivery. You will always be able to see the total delivery costs when you choose the form of delivery in connection with the execution of your order. Upon receipt of the item, you have a duty to check whether the delivered item corresponds to your order confirmation, see point 2. If this is not the case, you have a duty to contact Copenhagen Brew, see points 7 and 8.At the same time, it is your duty to check whether the delivered item lives up to the correct condition, including but not limited to quantity and model. If delivery is selected for a PostNord parcel box, please note that if the selected parcel box destination is full, the postman can see forced to move the package to the nearest parcel box / post office. In that case, you will be notified. Then remember to bring your ID when picking up.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase when you shop at copenhagenbrew.dk. Here is an example for calculating the deadlines for being able to exercise the right of withdrawal: If you receive your item on 2 September, you have a deadline to cancel the purchase agreement with Copenhagen Brew up to and including 15 September of the same year. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. You must notify us in writing before the expiration of the cancellation period that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be given to Copenhagen Brew at kontakt@copenhagenbrew.dk or sent to Copenhagen Brew ApS, Linus Paulings Vej 18, 4. th, 2450 København SV. Alternatively, you can choose to return your goods to the shipping address within the withdrawal period, see sections 7.2 and 7.4. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up, without at the same time giving Copenhagen Brew clear notice that you regret the purchase.

Items excluded by the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on goods that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications or have a clear personal touch. It includes, but is not limited to, coffee capsules that are applied to the customer's request. you send or deliver the item to Copenhagen Brew without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you have notified Copenhagen Brew that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You can send the item back with a printed self-paid return label (you can always get help to send a shipping label by contacting kontakt@copenhagenbrew.dk).

In order for you as a customer to document that the item has been returned on time, you should receive a receipt for shipment from both GLS and Postnord. To ensure a fast dispatch of your return, Copenhagen Brew asks you to use our return label, on which the above return address is applied. If you return your item, you must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Copenhagen Brew does not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item. You should therefore pack the item properly when you return it.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration of the item value due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way in which it works. However, the item must not be used. If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, Copenhagen Brew considers it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's market value. Please return the item in original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging usually results in a reduction in the trade value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you has paid to Copenhagen Brew, back. In the event of a deterioration in the trade value of the item for which you are liable, this impairment will be deducted from the purchase amount, see section 7.3.If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Copenhagen Brew will refund all payments received from you in connection with the specific order, see point 2, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest Copenhagen Brew offers) Copenhagen Brew will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used to purchase the item, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Copenhagen Brew may withhold the refund until Copenhagen Brew has received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned the item.

What should I send back
In addition to the item, please enclose your return label or copy of the order confirmation.

Complaint
When you shop on copenhagenbrew.dk, the defect rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. If you believe that your item has a defect or a defect, please contact Copenhagen Brews customer service. When contacting us, explain what the defect or deficiency of the item is. Please note that the invoice number / order number must always be provided to Copenhagen Brew in connection with the use of the right of complaint. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear - directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. You must contact Copenhagen Brew as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you have become aware of the error or defect. All complaints should be delivered in a GLS parcel shop (with GLS return label) or delivered at the post office (with PostNord return label). Please note that Copenhagen Brew does not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar. Remember that complaints must always contain a copy of the purchase receipt, and that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Always make sure to get a receipt for shipping so the package can be tracked. Copenhagen Brew needs the following information when you send the item to Copenhagen Brew: 1. A description of what the problem is, as detailed as possible. 2. Invoice number / order number and copy of purchase receipt. Contact information, telephone number and e-mail so that Copenhagen Brew has the opportunity to get in touch with you afterwards. Copenhagen Brew processes the complaint within 30 days after receiving the item returned. Copenhagen Brew assesses whether your complaint is justified, and if so, whether you are entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, reduced in price or the money returned. When the complaint has been processed, Copenhagen Brew will send you an e-mail with an assessment of whether the complaint is justified or not.

Information about appeal options
If you want to complain about an item purchased at copenhagenbrew.dk, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can submit your complaint via www.forbrug.dk. The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted via http://ex.europa.eu/odr.

Personal data and cookies
When you place an order on copenhagenbrew.dk, Copenhagen Brew needs your information in the form of name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment data, in order for the order to be delivered to you and to be able to give you a status of your order on an ongoing basis. Please note that Copenhagen Brew does not store the information about your order in such a way that you can later request a copy of your order confirmation. Therefore, remember to save your order confirmation, which you receive by e-mail immediately after the agreement has been entered into binding, see point 2. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers for Copenhagen Brew can be purchased resp. at copenhagenbrew.dk. You can choose online between fixed amounts of DKK 200, DKK 300, DKK 400, DKK 500 and DKK 1,000. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and the card is to be equated with cash, which is why lost gift cards are not replaced. Furthermore, gift cards can not be exchanged for cash.

Rights and copying of content
The content on this website is copyrighted and belongs to Copenhagen Brew. Abuse of the Copenhagen Brew brand and content from Copenhagen Brew results in a police report. to Danish rules regarding private international law to the extent that application of such rules would lead to a choice of law other than Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and Copenhagen Brew must be brought before the Court in Glostrup. You also have the right to bring the dispute before the court in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
