Recipe: Carajillo

Can we offer a Spanish coffee cocktail? Carajillo is made on espresso and Licor 43 and is especially popular in Mexico. The cocktail is very similar to the Italian caffe corretto, which consists of grappa, sambuca or brandy as well as espresso. If you want to taste it yourself, just follow the recipe below.

Time: 1 minute


  • 100 ml espresso
  • 45 ml Licor 43
  • Ice cubes


  1. Pour ice and Licor 43 into a glass
  2. Then slowly pour the espresso coffee over.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans
